In this project I will be conducting research upon Positive Psychology, I have been a researcher and a participant during this. But first in foremost I want to bring my Blog 10 "A Week of Three Good Things", in this I wrote 3 things down of what I was grateful for each day. My writing process for this was something I could personally start to make an everyday thing. So it would be after dinner I would reflect on my day and just see the endless of great things that occurred in each day. It really had an affect me and my everyday life that was positive so I really want to integrate this into my everyday lifestyle. Which I will start doing also in blog post 11 where I explored all my research I have done I gave some definitions and opinions .In blog post 12 I tried to create a scene I could start off my introduction but it was also one of my journals. In blog 13 I posted pictures of my revision process from my shitty first draft. In these blog post you can see I tried different ideas to see if it could enhance my project so I can produce the best research possible. Doing those blogs really seemed to help me find my way in this research paper I conducted. This whole project has really opened a new window on my outlook of life, everyday I am more mindful to my writing and just appreciating all these things I have in in life. I hope this my research can do the same and help you start doing this because its truly a beautiful experience. Enjoy!
