"You have to fall in love with the process to become great"-Unknown
In this post I will be sharing a poem I constructed from my narrative project. I took out words and phrases from my narrative
project to make this poem. What is a Found Poem? | Sample Found Poem | Visual Examples of Found Poems these readings helped create my poem in the best way I can. I hope you all can enjoy this reading as much as I had making it. Change Is Now Here comes the referee shaking, holding the glowing orange ball, Something doesn’t feel right, like I have a string on it, It has landed in my hands, All these goosebumps flow down my body. Uh-oh, I felt this sharp pain in my knee. I see everyone staring at me, lying on this cold but dusty hardwood floor. I sit here in despair, heartbroken, This is tearing me apart… I felt helpless, the nerves are a little shaky. I felt so detached like someone just took away my sense of being. I might never be the same again. Section II: Do you think the narrative provides enough descriptive language to create a compelling found poem?~ I personally do believe my narrative uses enough descriptive language to where the audience understands me. Do you think the descriptive language more so creates a setting or delivers the subtext of a theme?~ I think it creates a little bit of both but you have to dive deep to fully understand.

This found poem hints at the action in the story and provides insight into your emotional response to the injury. In what ways could the poem and reflection be developed further?
